​How Do I Place An Order?

Once you have chosen which invitations or lanyard you want simply click on the picture and enter the quantity you need ie quantity 1 (4 invitations) or Quantity 2 (8 invitations) and so on.

 

The invitations are £2.65 x4 and the lanyards are sold @ £1.95 each. Envelopes are included free for the party invitations (not lanyards). Then you can enter the party details you would like included on the invitations. These are generally; name, age, party date and times, venue address and RSVP contact number and or email. Any pictures you want adding can be emailed to me direct mjanson37@yahoo.co.uk. You can also add other information as well ie 'fancy dress optional'. Likewise you can opt not to have certain information included such as an RSVP or address, just mention this in your note. I will then send you a proof for checking. If you need more alterations that is fine just let me know. When you are happy with the order let me know and I will then proceed with printing and shipping.

Payment

We use Paypal only for payment. Is the world's most used method for making payments over the internet. If you have never used PayPal, we strongly recommend you sign-up and begin using it. It's an extremely secure and flexible way to make payments over the internet and lets you pay by credit card or bank card.

​Shipping

All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of approval by you. Shipping is free standard (2nd class). If your order is particularly urgent then it will be fast tracked. Just let me know and I will arrange this for a small fee. Larger lanyard orders can take 48 hours or more as these are hand made and time consuming to make.

Returns & Refunds

I am sure you will be delighted with the invitations but if you are not, then I can re-supply you or give you a full refund. If you are not happy with them or a mistake has been made do contact me and I will sort the problem out for you asap. If you have any questions do contact me.

I can't find the theme I need?

If there is a theme you want that I have not got here just email me with any party details you have and I will happily design one for you so long as I am not too busy.
